Welcome
Whether this is your first step or one of many, I recognize the courage and strength it took to get here. If you are struggling, it is important for you to know you are not alone in your feelings and you do not have to tackle this alone.

I welcome you to learn more about me, my approach to therapy, and specialties. I am here to help and support you throughout your journey towards healing. It is possible.

Inviting our thoughts and feelings into awareness allows us to learn from them rather than be driven by them.

Happiness lies not in finding what is missing, but in finding what is present.

About Me
Brooke Green - Licensed Counselor & Therapist
LPC, NCC
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and therapist focused on online therapy services in Colorado. My specialties include individuals struggling with anxiety, stress, self-doubt, perfectionism, grief and loss, life transitions as well as highly sensitive people.

The center of my practice is based upon humility and transparency, and I focus on customized treatment plans to meet your unique, individual therapy needs.

My approach to healing is making sure your story is heard, two-way conversations and providing tools that lighten the weight on your shoulders and develop skills to help you advance towards self-acceptance.
My Approaches to Therapy
Humility. Compassion. Openness. Real empathy.
Behavioral Therapy
With behavior therapy methods, you can learn to accept your inner thoughts and emotions instead of denying and avoiding them. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) helps you develop new skills with your core values as a guide to help you take action in your life.
Humanistic Therapy
Humanistic therapy involves a range of approaches that focus (with unconditional positive regard) on an individual’s holistic, unique potentials and strengths. Gestalt, client-centered, existential, and narrative (also considered postmodern) are a few approaches I utilize with my clients.
Alternative Therapy
Brainspotting is an alternative therapy that uses a person’s visual field to process deep trauma and emotional pain. Brainspotting is a unique therapy method that allows you to work through your trauma without having to actually revisit and talk about trauma from the past. Learn more.
